We are looking for a Senior Collections Specialist to oversee both internal and external Collection Operations for LATAM markets.   This individual will work closely with internal Finance, Risk, Product and Operational teams to help build a sound internal collections process.  This includes establishing repeatable and scalable standard operating procedures.  They will also work with external partners including local Law firms, 3rd party Debt Recovery companies and field services to ensure superior quality and performance.   This individual will report to the Global Head of Collections but also have a dotted line to Regional Country Managers with whom they support.    The teams you will work with are extremely collaborative and have a bias to execution.

Location: This role is based out of Colombia, and is a full-time hybrid position where it is required to come into our office in Bogota. #LI-HYBRID
