Reporting to the Director of Provider Partnerships, the Business Development Representative owns top-of-funnel outreach to the oncologists who refer patients to Trial Library. Your work directly fuels patient referral volume and provider channel growth. You will build target lists of community oncology practices, community health systems, and research-capable oncology clinics, then work the phones, run email and LinkedIn sequences, and book qualified meetings with oncologists, practice leaders, administrators, and office managers. This is a phone-first prospecting role - email-only outreach has a ceiling, and we know it - so we are looking for someone comfortable dialing a practice and working through a gatekeeper. You are not expected to close contracts or own partnerships long-term. Once a meeting is held, our provider engagement team takes over the relationship, and your focus stays on generating the next conversation and re-engaging practices that have gone quiet. This role begins as a full-time contract engagement with the potential to convert to a full-time employee.
