The Role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Finance who is far more than a traditional accountant. This is a comprehensive, full-stack finance role built for a high-ownership professional who can run end-to-end controllership across Termgrid's legal entities, drive automation and analytics, ensure multi-jurisdictional compliance, and serve as a true finance partner to leadership. You will be the financial backbone of the company — owning the books, processes, tools, and insights.
