OVERVIEW

Full-time/Permanent Employee Location: Hollywood, MD We are currently seeking an EH&S & Facilities Operations representative with AS9100D Quality experience to join our growing Fabrication Shop team in Hollywood, MD. This role will support a highly technical aerospace and defense manufacturing environment focused on precision machining, welding, fabrication, systems integration, and prototype development supporting mission-critical programs. Our Fabrication Shop serves as a key component of Aether Aerospace’s advanced manufacturing and rapid prototyping capabilities, supporting the development, integration, and production of complex mechanical and electronic systems for aerospace, defense, and government customers. The facility operates in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment where safety, compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement are critical to mission success. The proposed salary range for this position is $115,000-$140,000. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
