The Administrative Assistant performs administrative and office support activities for multiple departments.  Duties include a wide variety of daily and project-based tasks including word processing, creating spreadsheets, reporting, data entry, phone and lobby receptionist, document management, and filing. Extensive software skills are required, as well as Internet research abilities and strong communication skills. This associate will also assist the executive team with various tasks. Please note this role is full-time.
