We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing outside sales team in the Fort Wayne, IN market. In this role, you will supervise a team of 3–4 Account Managers while directly managing key customer relationships within your territory. You’ll play a critical role in driving revenue growth, executing strategic initiatives, and expanding Tec-Hackett’s presence within fluid power-focused industries, including industrial, OEM, and MRO customers.
