SugarAI is looking for a talented, energetic and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative (BDR) in Denver. Supporting the North America sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our outbound prospecting efforts. In this role, you will leverage account intelligence, buyer insights, and multi-channel engagement to identify, connect with, and create opportunities within strategically prioritized accounts. You will proactively engage key buyers through phone, email, video messaging, social selling, and other modern prospecting techniques to generate meaningful conversations and accelerate pipeline growth.

  • Success in this role requires a consultative mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to personalize outreach based on industry challenges, business initiatives, and customer needs. You will build relationships with decision-makers, uncover pain points and buying signals, and position SugarAI's value proposition to create qualified opportunities for the sales team.
