Senior Administrative Assistant, Floater

We’re looking for a dynamic and adaptable Sr. Administrative Assistant to provide flexible, high-quality support across the teams within the Executive Vice President’s (EVPs) portfolio. This role is ideal for an experienced administrative professional who can hit the ground running, bringing the skills, judgment, and expertise needed to support multiple leaders and manage a range of priorities from day one. The work is already underway, and we’re looking for someone who can step in and provide seamless support across the EVP’s portfolio. This role requires the ability to work effectively with different leaders and teams, shifting between priorities and areas of support as needs evolve. The right person will demonstrate strong administrative expertise, initiative, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our teams run smoothly and that we can continue making an impact together. The role will be based in-person in our Ballston, VA office.
