Partner Experience Director

As Partner Experience Director, you will lead the strategy, standards, and team responsible for creating exceptional, highly personalized experiences for Stand Together's philanthropic and business partners. This is relationship orchestration, not event logistics. You will serve as the  capability builder, that connects personal-layer between Stand Together and the leaders who partner with us, building trust not only with those partners but also with the professional teams around them, including Chiefs of Staff, Executive Assistants, and security leads. You will lead the transformation of Partner Relations into Partner Experience, elevating how we design agendas, seating and room composition, briefings, principal preparation, partner follow-up, recruitment, and retention. Working across Partnerships, Events, Guest Experience, and executive stakeholders, you will establish clear standards, scalable systems, and consistent practices that strengthen relationships before, during, and long after key engagements. Success in this role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, emotional intelligence, and the ability to anticipate needs in complex, high-stakes environments. Partner Experience plays a critical role in building the community at the center of Stand Together's development strategy. By understanding what matters most to each partner and intentionally connecting the right leaders to the right people, conversations, and opportunities, you will help deepen relationships, strengthen long-term engagement, and create a community of principled leaders committed to advancing meaningful societal change. Your leverage comes from building trust, creating clarity, and developing a capability that delivers a consistently exceptional experience without relying on individual heroics.
