Director of Activations

Stand Together is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Director of Activations to help lead high-impact initiatives that drive mass participation, cultural engagement, and long-term movement growth around key social issues. This role sits within Stand Together’s Activation capability, which develops consumer-facing campaigns, partnerships, and engagement experiences designed to inspire people to take meaningful action and participate in solutions that strengthen society. The Director of Activations will lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution, aligning internal teams, external partners, and activation platforms to deliver measurable impact at scale. This role is ideal for a collaborative leader who can translate big ideas into coordinated action, navigate complexity, and drive results across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
