We are seeking a proactive, resilient Sr. Benefits Specialist to oversee the day-to-day operations, compliance, and administration of Saviynt’s global health and welfare programs. As a high-growth, international company, we move fast. This role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment—someone ready to bring order to ambiguity, build clear SOPs from scratch, and scale our global benefits infrastructure across multiple regions.

(Note: Retirement, 401(k), and pension programs are managed separately.)
