Senior Business Analyst (Mobile Banking)

We're looking for someone who has

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in mobile or digital banking projects.
• Hands-on experience in at least one of the following domains: Cards, Loans, or Accounts.*Prior experience in the Digital Banking / FinTech industry.
• Fully understanding the customer's needs, to create a project process accordingly
• Analyzing the needs of business
• Creating and guide various research and test requirements
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban).
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize, plan, and deliver work according to deadlines.
