Business Analyst (Core Banking)

What You’ll Do

• Analyze, document, and optimize business processes across Core Banking modules such as Treasury, Loans, and Payment Systems.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and architecture teams to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery.
• Support integration, UAT, and production rollout phases of banking projects.
• Conduct gap analysis, define improvement opportunities, and support change management activities.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or fintech sector.
• Hands-on experience with core banking domains such as:
• Treasury / Treasury Operations, Loans, Credit Management, Payment Systems (Domestic & International) etc.
• Strong understanding of banking workflows, regulatory requirements, and transaction structures.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
