Self driven engineers who love to identify and experiment with new approaches, technologies, or tools that will impact our projects or industry. Examples could include emergent architectural approaches, new cloud provider offerings, or productivity enhancers (new tooling, Chat-GPT, Co-Pilot, or similar)
