Job Type: Contract-to-Hire (Potential conversion after 90 days) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM | Saturdays, 6:00 AM–12:00 PM (56 hours per week) Starting Pay: From $27.00 per hour (higher compensation may be available based on experience) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced CNC Manufacturing Programmer & Machining Specialist to support the production of industrial equipment and precision-machined components. Working under the direction of the Shop Foreman, this position is responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC equipment while producing parts that meet strict quality and tolerance requirements.
