Location: Chantilly, VA Employment Type: Direct Hire Compensation: Starting at $130,000+ annually (compensation based on experience and qualifications) Position Overview We are seeking a licensed Senior Electrical Engineer to oversee the planning, design, and execution of complex building systems projects. This role is responsible for leading electrical engineering efforts from initial site assessments through construction support while mentoring junior team members and collaborating across multidisciplinary project teams.

Projects include a combination of commercial, institutional, and government-focused facilities involving both new construction and renovation work.
