Assistant Project Manager – Civil

Location: Leesburg, VA Job Type: Direct Hire Starting Salary: $73,000+ annually (higher based on experience) Position Summary We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager – Civil to support the successful planning, execution, and completion of commercial and institutional construction projects. This role is responsible for assisting with all phases of project management, from estimating and scheduling through construction, documentation, and project closeout. The ideal candidate has experience working for a commercial or civil general contractor, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality, safety, and schedule objectives.
