About the Role

As an Engineering Manager, you will play a crucial leadership role in guiding, mentoring, and growing a team of Software and Quality Assurance (QA) engineers while supporting the technical architecture and quality of our telehealth platform. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure engineering and validation capacity is utilized to most effectively further departmental and organizational priorities. You will establish processes, quality strategies, and operational systems that ensure effective development, rigorous validation throughput, and reliable delivery of generated solutions. The right person for this role is comfortable spending half your time in a leadership role and half your time providing hands-on individual technical contributions, working alongside your direct reports in feature implementation and bug resolution while stewarding a stable, consistent, and secure platform.
