BC Practice Lead

One of Pine's portfolio companies, Alta Vista Technology, is a nationally recognized ERP consulting firm and proud Microsoft partner helping mid-market businesses leverage cloud-based solutions to drive growth, scalability, and operational efficiency. They're looking for a Business Central Practice Lead to manage and grow their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central consulting practice. This is a player-coach role: the successful candidate will provide hands-on practice leadership while remaining active on client delivery. Approximately 50% of their time will be billable on post-sale client engagements, with the remainder focused on practice management, team development, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales and ISV partners. The role reports to the COO. This is a full-time remote role.
