Web Graphic Designer

• We’re looking for a designer whose first love is graphic design. Someone who obsesses over typography,
• layouts, grids, colour, hierarchy and visual storytelling—and understands that every design decision should
• communicate something meaningful.
• If you spend your free time exploring new design styles, experimenting with AI tools, or analysing why a
• brand works, we’d love to meet you.
• What You’ll Do
• Design brand identities and visual systems — logos, guidelines, brand assets, internal office branding -built
• to scale across touchpoints.
• Create presentations, websites, social media creatives, product campaigns and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Writers, Strategists and Developers.
• Present design rationale with confidence rather than relying on personal taste.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail across every deliverable.
• Experiment with AI-assisted design workflows and help improve how the team works.
• What We’re Looking For
• 4–6 years of experience, preferably in a branding or design studio.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design fundamentals.
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, composition and visual hierarchy.
• Strong interest in branding, communication design and storytelling.
• Experience working in small, collaborative teams where ownership matters.
• Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly.
• Curious, humble and constantly learning.
• An AI enthusiast who actively experiments with emerging creative tools and workflows.
• Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Ideogram, Framer AI or
• similar.
• Bonus Points
• Experience designing responsive websites & branding.
• Motion design or animation skills.
