About the Role

This role will drive integrations between Paytm EDC and other billing POS providers, enabling seamless merchant experiences and improving adoption across key segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end integration lifecycle Work with product team to enable seamless EDC + billing interoperability.
• Drive technical and business alignment between Paytm product and partner teams.
• Identify high-impact POS platforms and prioritize integrations based on merchant demand and revenue potential.
• Ensure smooth onboarding, testing, deployment, and post-integration support.
• Act as the bridge between business, product, and engineering teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in POS integrations, fintech, SaaS, or payments ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of billing software / POS systems / APIs / integrations.
• Ability to work closely with technical teams while driving business outcomes.
• Experience in merchant-facing solutions or retail tech ecosystems is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Based in Delhi (mandatory requirement).
