This role

PayJoy Lock is the core moat of PayJoy's business, a proprietary security stack running across the world's largest emerging market device fleet. The Senior Lock Operations Manager will be responsible for building and leading PayJoy’s global Lock Operations function, turning ad hoc takedowns into a systematic, tooling driven, and technically integrated program that measurably reduces lock exploit losses. This role owns the global strategy and roadmap, governs the team’s work across Fraud, Risk, Engineering, and Legal, and is the primary technical partner feeding ground and online intelligence back to the Fraud team. The Senior Manager also builds and develops a team of two Specialists and one Analyst while staying hands on with the highest impact takedowns.
