What you will do...

1. Software Development: Embrace test-driven development principles and maintain code quality. Create and optimize services and system architectures for projects, providing feedback to the team.

2. Code Quality and Review:

Improve code quality through unit testing, automation, and conducting code reviews. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Back-End Software Engineers, Project Managers, and System Administrators.

3. Innovation and Problem Solving:

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for technology, algorithms, and product enhancements. Dive into challenging problems and deliver effective solutions within specified timelines.

4. Collaboration:

Work closely with product and design teams to understand end-user requirements, translate them into use cases, and develop pragmatic technical solutions. Foster open communication and collaboration within the engineering team.

5. Security and Data Protection:

Implement security measures and data protection protocols within applications. Ensure adherence to fundamental design principles for building scalable and secure applications.

6. Performance Optimization:

Continuously optimize application performance, quality, and responsiveness. Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs, developing innovative solutions.

7. Database Management:

Build and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures in SQL Server databases. Ensure efficient data retrieval and manipulation.
