We’re looking for a highly organized, systems-minded Maintenance Systems Coordinator to serve as the central nervous system of our maintenance operations across multiple automated warehouse sites. This role owns the structure, data quality, and optimization of our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS — MaintainX), supporting maintenance and engineering teams at three U.S. facilities: Hebron, KY; North Las Vegas, NV; and Bethlehem, PA.

You’ll work from our brand new site located in Bethlehem, PA, focusing primarily on data accuracy, preventive maintenance scheduling, reporting, and continuous improvement of digital maintenance workflows. You’ll also partner closely with the Engineering Manager to support project documentation, asset onboarding, and system integration for new facilities and equipment.
