Summary of Role

Our leads serve as the primary point of contact for associates within their department to provide guidance and training on company best practices. It's important that they ensure associate adherence to proper methods and safety standards while also effectively communicating in a positive and respectful manner. Our leads address problems and conduct audits frequently  to identify issues, and follow up by providing constructive feedback to associates. Any of the Leads hired will train Monday through Friday but will be required to work one of the two following schedules after launch: FH Schedule: Sunday-Wednesday 4'10s: 7:00AM-5:30PM Overtime schedule: 7:00AM-7:00PM, when business needs require BH Schedule: Thursday-Saturday 3'12s: 6:00AM-6:30PM Overtime schedule: Will be assigned an OT day on FH Schedule when business needs require
