About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to drive the design, optimization, and scalability of our business systems and operational processes. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating strategic objectives into scalable solutions across Salesforce, HubSpot, and our broader technology ecosystem. This role reports to the Director of Revenue Operations and works within a defined delivery model: partnering with our Salesforce Administrator on declarative platform changes, and with our engineering and QA team on custom development and integration work between Salesforce and HubSpot, and the rest of our GTM ecosystem. This is not a traditional Business Analyst role. The ideal candidate will combine business analysis, process design, solution design, data modeling, and systems thinking to improve operational efficiency, data integrity, and user experience across the organization. You will partner closely with Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams to identify opportunities, shape practical solutions, and lead system-related initiatives from discovery through release readiness.
