Director of Acquisition

We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on marketing leader to run point on our next phase of DTC growth.    This is a role where you’ll have the opportunity to sharpen Our Place’s focus and new customer acquisition strategy across markets with the support of strong cross-functional partners.  Success in this role is built on strong communication and leadership skills,  rigorous measurement, and intellectual curiosity. In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of high performing marketers to refine a growth engine across multiple product lines, personas, and countries. If you’re energized by investigating data and probing into complex, ambiguous problems to build intentional systems and business solutions — we’d love to hear from you! We believe some of the best ideas happen when we’re together! Right now, teams come into our beautiful new West LA headquarters on Tuesdays and Thursdays to collaborate and connect. In the future, we may ask teams to come in more often — because some things are just better in person.
