• Hexcoded is an AI video studio: you should be able to make anything you can imagine. We're a small, fast-moving team building the tools that are reshaping how video, image, and audio get made — and we need someone to turn that capability into a relentless stream of video the internet can't look away from.
• About the role
• This is a maker's role, not a manager's. Our Instagram and YouTube need a high volume of short-form video people actually stop and watch — and every piece is also a live demo of what Hexcoded can make. You'll own the whole make, end to end: generate the footage yourself on the full AI stack (and on Hexcoded), then edit it to a bar that hides the seams. You'll work directly with the founder, who sets the direction; you own the output, not the calendar. The measure isn't your best edit — it's that your tenth video this week is as strong as your first.
• What you'll do
• Ship at volume — hooks, reels, shorts, trend-led cuts. Quality that holds at volume is the skill.
• Own the whole make — concept to generation to final cut, by you.
• Edit past the AI seams — pacing, sound design, motion, captions, finishing.
• Win the first two seconds — cut for retention every time.
• Systematize your own speed — templates, presets, a tight workflow.
• What you'll bring
• A standout portfolio of short-form that made people stop.
• Real editing craft — Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve, After Effects; fast in CapCut and Descript.
• Hands-on AI generation fluency — you generate, not just edit; you know how the models differ.
• A sharp retention instinct for Instagram and YouTube.
• Consistency at volume and ad-safe audio sense (licensed music, e.g. Epidemic Sound).
• Speed, ownership, hunger. Bonus: comfortable directing talent / on camera, or run your own account.
• The tools you'll work with
• Hexcoded — first and foremost, every day.
• Video generation: Veo, Kling, Seedance, Runway, Luma, Hailuo, Pika — and hubs like fal, Krea, Higgsfield.
• AI UGC and actors: Arcads, Creatify, HeyGen, Captions.
• Image and enhancement: Midjourney, Flux, Google (Nano Banana), Ideogram, Firefly; upscaling with Topaz and Magnific.
• Voice and audio: ElevenLabs, Fish Audio, Suno; ad-safe music via Epidemic Sound.
• Editing and post: Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, CapCut, Descript.
• How we work
• This is a hybrid role based in Delhi NCR. You'll work primarily from home, and be available to meet and collaborate in person, quickly and often enough to move fast together.

• Open and competitive, set to the right person rather than a fixed band. Tell us what you're worth.
