Senior Software Engineer - Fullstack (Java | AI)

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer who wants to do far more than deliver user stories. This is an opportunity to become the technical leader within a high-performing engineering team—someone who influences architecture, improves engineering practices, mentors developers and drives the adoption of AI-assisted engineering across the software delivery lifecycle. The Senior Software Engineer reports to the Development Manager, and it is an individual contributor role.
