Key Account Manager – E-Commerce & Channel Development

Our client sells physical products both online and through retail partners, with the majority of revenue currently coming from its own direct-to-consumer website. This role will own day-to-day management of major e-commerce and membership-commerce accounts, including campaign planning, placement negotiation, and pricing and margin control, while also leading large-scale group-buying and influencer-led sales initiatives from offer structuring through scheduling. This role sits at the center of the company's channel strategy as it balances a fast-growing direct-to-consumer channel with an expanding network of retail and group-buying partners, and acts as the regional point of contact for coordinating sales data and inventory planning with headquarters.
