We are looking for a Supply Chain Logistics Manager to lead Minted’s end-to-end transportation network—from inbound freight originating with overseas suppliers through final-mile delivery to our DTC customers and wholesale partners. This role will own logistics performance, cost, carrier strategy and relationships, and continuous improvement, ensuring our network delivers the right balance of speed, reliability, cost, and scalability. You will partner closely with our fulfillment network, overseas vendors, 3PLs, Customer Service, technology teams, and internal business partners. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, with an expectation of working onsite 3 days per week.
