Matillion is built around small development teams with responsibility for specific themes and initiatives. Each team is a mix of engineers with various levels of skills and experience. The Senior Software Engineer works within a team to write, test, and release new features and fix problems in the Matillion products, all while innovating on new ideas. We value in-person collaboration here at Matillion, therefore this role follows our hybrid work structure where Matillioners work 2 days a week in our Manchester. The rest of the week you are welcome to work from the office, or remotely if you’d prefer.
