Role Overview

The Magnet Forensics Order Operations team plays a critical role at Magnet, ensuring our customers receive their products in a timely and accurate manner. This team is a highly motivated, detail-oriented group who focus on continual improvement and upping their game to delight our customers and internal stakeholders. The Operations Analyst is responsible for the end of sale cycle within the organization. In this role, you will maintain salesforce contract data, fulfil licenses, invoice customers, ship products to external Customers and work with the internal teams to meet Customer needs and ensure contractual compliance.
