Role Overview

The Director of Data is a strategic leader and technical architect responsible for transforming the company’s data into a high-leverage product. You will lead the evolution of our data ecosystem, from infrastructure and governance to organisational culture and AI integration. This role requires a unique balance of strategic foresight to design the data operating model and operational excellence to ensure our technical stack remains performant and reliable. You will be the primary advocate for a "Data as a Product" mindset, dismantling silos and bridging the "context gap" to enable true, frictionless self-service across the business.
