We are looking for a talented, hands-on Senior Paid Media Manager to join our team! We are seeking someone who is genuinely self-sufficient, analytically rigorous, and comfortable owning a number in front of leadership rather than directing an agency.

Loadsmart builds the software and AI that moves freight across three products with distinct buyers: Opendock (dock scheduling), ShipperGuide (our AI-native TMS), and Loadsmart AI (autonomous freight). This role owns paid acquisition across all three: strategy, execution, landing pages, tracking, reporting, and performance management, hands-on in the ad accounts every day.
