Responsibilities

• Maintain strong communication and customer service to homebuyers, branch personnel and divisions within the company
• Manage multiple loan files
• Collect and record customer information in a timely manner
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of each loan file
• Coordinate closing tasks
• Follow-up on submitted and pending loans

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Hard-working and detail-oriented
