Purpose of the role

The role of Events and Office Manager role is to create an exceptional workplace experience by combining operational excellence, thoughtful event delivery and proactive office management. The role ensures that our team, clients and visitors experience a professional, engaging and well-organised environment while supporting the smooth running of day-to-day office operations. The Event and Office Manager acts as the central point of connection between people, processes and experiences, bringing Laminar culture to life through well-executed events, efficient workplace operations and continuous improvements that enable the team to perform to its best.
