Overview

Join Jobscan as our Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Content & Lifecycle and help drive meaningful revenue growth while empowering job seekers to land their dream roles. Our editorial content and email programs are core, high-potential engines of our growth strategy, and you will own them end to end. This is a senior, hands-on craft role for someone who loves executing in the weeds with sharp judgment, high AI fluency, and an unwavering quality bar, not a passive management seat. You will own our entire editorial surface (blog, pillar pages, and a new evergreen content hub you will help build) and turn it into a precise, high-converting growth engine across organic search, AI search, conversion, and lifecycle. You will also take ownership of our HireReady newsletter and build content-driven email acquisition. Partnering directly with the Head of Marketing, you will lead a small editorial team, elevate our standards, and turn content into a measurable driver of traffic, subscribers, and registrations.
