You will provide assistance across phone, digital channels, and student support groups, helping resolve operational questions efficiently.
The position combines direct student interaction with academic administration and back-office activities.
You will also support live classes, mentoring sessions, and other synchronous learning experiences.
A key part of the role is identifying students at risk of dropping out and taking proactive steps to improve retention.
You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve exceptional cases and continuously improve the student experience.
