This role supports business immigration matters for large and emerging organizations, their noncitizen employees, and their families. Working under attorney supervision, you will prepare and manage employment-based immigration-benefits requests while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. The position combines hands-on casework with client communication, program support, and mentoring responsibilities. You will handle complex immigration petitions and applications while staying current with evolving laws, regulations, policies, and industry trends.
