This role offers the opportunity to help expand workforce solutions across federal and state & local government organizations. You’ll build early-stage pipeline by identifying opportunities, engaging stakeholders, and creating awareness among potential government customers. The position combines relationship building, strategic prospecting, and an understanding of complex public-sector structures. You’ll work closely with Account Executives and cross-functional partners to shape go-to-market approaches and advance qualified opportunities. Success requires adapting messaging to different government audiences, navigating lengthy sales cycles, and understanding budgets and procurement processes.
