This role serves as a key resource for employees and managers, providing guidance and support across benefits programs, policies, and HR-related transactions. You will be the first point of contact for benefits questions while helping employees navigate onboarding, offboarding, enrollment, coverage, and eligibility processes. The position combines employee support with hands-on benefits administration, HRIS management, vendor coordination, and compliance activities. You will play an important role in maintaining accurate benefits records and supporting annual Open Enrollment and ACA requirements. Working within a small, agile, and collaborative team, you will have opportunities to improve processes and contribute to a strong employee experience. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is a fully remote, full-time position for candidates who are based and reside in the United States.
