Quality Strategy/Transformation Lead, London

The QA Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of applications delivered to Lab49 clients. Working on a large-scale commercial banking transformation programme, you will define and drive the quality strategy, operating model, and roadmap, partnering with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business objectives and support the demands of a regulated financial services environment. Working in a collaborative and innovative project environment, with direct client-facing interactions, you will lead quality assurance initiatives, establish quality frameworks and governance, and help shape the long-term quality engineering approach across multiple delivery teams.
