Our Technical Success team helps customers adopt, integrate, and scale Immuta’s Data Provisioning Platform across complex enterprise environments while meeting security, privacy, and compliance requirements. Working across Customer Success, Product Management, Engineering, and Solution Architecture, and our partner ecosystem, the Technical Success team realize measurable value from Immuta and operationalize secure data access at enterprise scale.

YOUR ROLE

As a Field CTO, you will serve as the strategic technical leader for a portfolio of assigned customer accounts. You will partner closely with Customer Success Managers, who remain the primary account owners, to help customers successfully implement Immuta, deepen product adoption, and expand the value they realize from the platform. You will also act as a critical link between customers and Immuta’s Product organization, bringing forward product feedback, adoption patterns, market insights, and emerging customer needs. This is a highly customer-facing role that blends technical depth, executive presence, implementation strategy, product insight, and field leadership. You will work with Immuta Administrators, Chief Data Officers, AI leaders, IT executives, and business unit stakeholders to align Immuta’s capabilities to customer business outcomes.
