Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle from sourcing up to the onboarding of new hires. Responsibilities include developing and improving recruitment strategies, leverage existing sources and coming up with new ones that can help the candidate flow, screening and interviewing applicants and reporting back the results of the different positions being filled at the IDT Guatemala location. Good communication, great interpersonal skills, teamwork and experience recruiting different roles is desired.
