Currently operating in over 15 markets, readers can stay up to date with the latest culturally-relevant news and developments on men’s fashion. Hypebeast is looking for an Editor to join our rapidly developing team. We require a creative and data driven mind who understands the world of fashion/culture and understands both editorial and social media platforms. This role requires a detailed understanding of publishing tools, analytics tools and social marketing technology along with all native platforms (WeChat, Weibo, Red, Douyin and more), in order to drive business goals such as audience growth, engagement, acquisition and reach. An in-depth knowledge of brands, culture and fashion is a must, but also the ability to spot trends and report on them using words and short-form video. The Editor should have a firm understanding of HYPEBEAST aesthetics and brand power as a media and a terrific sense of editorial content in a wider youth culture landscape. This position will be reporting to the Associate Managing-editor.
