Human Resource Generalist- 2nd shift

We fabricate custom designed, purpose-built enclosures and skids for our customers and perform mechanical and electrical integration in-house, delivering a true turn-key product to our customers. Position Overview:

This position also supports HR administrative functions such as maintaining employee records, processing personnel documentation, tracking compliance requirements, assisting with benefits administration, and supporting HR programs and initiatives. The Human Resource Coordinator works closely with leadership and employees across departments to ensure HR processes are handled efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with organizational goals and company culture. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, professional, and able to handle confidential information with discretion while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
