Sales Development Representative (US-based)

And we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Lead Follow-Up & Nurturing: Contact cold leads, build trust, and engage in natural, consultative conversations (no scripted pitches). Appointment Setting: Schedule office tours and site visits for prospects. Lead Disposition & CRM Management: Accurately track all interactions and lead statuses in their CRM system. Community Representation: Act as a local, community-focused team member to build genuine relationships with business professionals.

Qualifications:

US-based talent: Required non-negotiable for local area familiarity and cultural fit. Experience: 3-5+ years of SDR/appointment setting experience (mid to expert tier). Communication: Very high English spoken and written skills; must sound like a business professional, not a call center agent. Approach: Consultative relationship builder (not transactional) and detail-oriented for accurate lead tracking. Preferred background: Commercial real estate or coworking experience, B2B sales to business professionals, and high-value consultative sales experience.

Schedule: 10:00AM - 12:00PM CST | Part-time

• Location: This is a remote job
• Salary Package: Up to $800/month
• Competitive salary based on experience
