Executive Assistant (Mid) - PH

And we’re looking for a Executive Assistant MID to start immediately!

Client's Industry: Food and Beverage

Responsibilities:

• Triage all inboxes  - Label: Urgent / FYI / Done.
• Check and respond to all reviews daily — Google, Yelp,
• Log all incoming vendor invoices from email and FinTech.
• Post or schedule social content on Instagram and TikTok (3–5 posts/week).

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience assisting C-Level/executives.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. (At least B2 level)
• Solid organizational & time management skills with keen attention to detail
• Tech savvy & familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
• Able to work on a graveyard shift

Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature

• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: 8AM TO 5PM PST

Location: This is a remote job

Salary Package (with HMO):

•  Intermediate Level (3-5 years of experience): PHP 65,000/month + HMO
