Placement Specialist

The Placement Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end client engagement process at Wing Assistant. This role focuses on converting qualified prospects into clients through structured discovery, and value presentations, while owning the full cycle from initial engagement through client readiness.

This is a high-ownership sales role that combines consultative selling with close collaboration across sales, talent, and operations teams. Success is measured by conversion rates, placement speed, and the quality of the overall client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Review client requirements and identify suitable candidates from the internal talent pool ahead of client meetings
• Conduct discovery calls and present Wing Assistant’s value proposition via Google Meet
• Collaborate with VP of Revenue Operations for next steps in closing deal
